The organising committee of the 17th V.M. Goldschmidt Conference invites you to participate in the meeting which will be held from 19th to 24th August 2007 at the University of Cologne, either by an exhibition in the central foyers of the meetings or as a conference sponsor.

Conference Dinner 5000 € (several sponsors possible)

Sponsorship of the Conference Dinner will provide a unique forum for networking with key decision-makers from a wide cross-section of delegates from within the profession. The Dinner Co-sponsors will receive considerable exposure and recognition through the following.

Coffee breaks 4000 € per day

The daily coffee and tea breaks will be arranged in the central foyers area. Delegates will be able to access morning and afternoon coffee and tea while viewing the exhibition, providing the ideal networking opportunity for delegates and exhibitors.

Poster sessions 4000 € per day

Poster sessions will be located in a special poster area and will take place at monday, tuesday, thursday and friday from 16.00 18.00hrs. Refreshments will be served at the early stages of each session and this will be a perfect opportunity for companies to be presented as poster sponsor of the day and present themselves exclusively in a special area during their day.

Satchel inserts 1000 €

Your promotional material will be included in all delegate satchels.
Size: Up to an A4 double sided flyer.
Quantities required, delivery date and address details will be provided after registration deadline.

Conference program 1000 €

All delegates will receive a pocket size program book. Advertisements can be placed as whole pages (because this is a special format, it may be necessary to design your advertisement fitting to the format). Every delegate will use this throughout the conference.
