Filtering Spam Mail
When you receive a spam message, right-click (Windows only) the message header and choose Make Filter from the pop-up menu. Mac users can go to the Special Menu and choose Make Filter. In the Actions section of the Filter window, choose Delete Message (transfer to trash) and then Create Filter. Because spammers are constantly devising new ways to distribute their messages, there is no single 100 percent effective solution for avoiding this unwanted mail. However there are some other steps you can take to cut the problem down to size.

First, you can create another filter that deletes or redirects all of messages received from an offending domain (the part of the address that appears after the @ sign). And since most spammers send email to lists rather than individuals, you can create a filter that directs all messages not containing your individual username to a separate mailbox. You can then scan that mailbox quickly to be sure there are no important messages before trashing all of the contents.

Es ist völlig egal, ob die Virenwarnungen von einem Hersteller für Antivirenprodukte oder Ihrem besten Freund kommen oder ob sie von einem großen Computerunternehmen bestätigt wurden. Alle Virenwarnungen schicken Sie nur an diese Person. Es ist seine/ihre Aufgabe, Virenwarnungen innerhalb der Institution zu versenden. Virenwarnungen aus jeder anderen Quelle werden ignoriert und direkt gelöscht.
