Core competence Prosthetic dentistry is a medical discipline, which focuses mainly on clinical care and oral rehabilitation in cases where teeth are missing, or in the presence of extensive damage to hard tooth tissues. This includes all related biological, functional, psychosocial, material related and technological aspects. The foreground sets a preventative and health oriented approach, centered on the patient, aiming at the conservation of oral structures in order to improve their quality of life related to oral health (DGZPW). |
