The Department of Prosthetic Dentistry implements a concept to assure quality in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Nordrhein Dental Chamber. This concept strives to achieve structural improvement (training, continuing education, equipment and adequate, quality-promoting gratuity) as well as procedural improvement (diagnosis and treatment according to the patient’s needs) in order to attain an overall high degree of quality.

Complex diagnostic treatment plans and modalities, as well as assessing the quality of the clinical outcome are considered within the scope.

The concept of patient’s care is implemented by the staff members together with the dental assistants and dental technicians.
