The institute offers a field of specialisation
for students of economics and business administration. It organises discussions,
lectures and conducts research projects. Beyond various aspects on
real estate and housing economics we offer courses in related fields
such as housing law, real estate and facility management, real estate
taxation and history of housing policy. Along with University teachers
practitioners are involved in lecturing. The aim is to approach housing
related topics in applying instruments of economic theory and derive
profound political advises.
