"The Beckett Digital Manuscript Project [...] started from two initiatives: (1) the 'in-house' genetic edition of four works by Samuel Beckett, and (2) the Series of Variorum Editions of Samuel Beckett's Bilingual Works, initiated in 1986 by Charles Krance [... . T]hese initiatives were developed into the Beckett Digital Manuscript Archive, which combines genetic criticism with electronic scholarly editing, applied to the study of Beckett's manuscripts. The Beckett Digital Manuscript Project consists of two parts:
(a) a digital archive of Samuel Beckett's manuscripts, organized in 26 research modules. Each of these modules comprises digital facsimiles and transcriptions of all the extant manuscripts pertaining to an individual text, or in the case of shorter texts, a group of texts. (b) a series of 26 volumes, analyzing the genesis of the texts contained in the corresponding modules.
The Beckett Digital Manuscript Project aims to contribute to the study of Beckett's works in various ways: by enabling readers to discover new documents and see how the dispersed manuscripts of different holding libraries interrelate within the context of a work's genesis in its entirety; by increasing the accessibility of the manuscripts with searchable transcriptions in an updatable digital archive; by highlighting the interpretive relevance of intertextual references that can be found in the manuscripts. Édition électronique sous la direction de Christof Schöch, Kassel, Universität Kassel, 2010. La présente édition se base sur l'unique édition que l'Essai sur le récit à connu, à notre connaissance, et qui date de 1776. Le parti pris de l'édition a été de fournir une représentation du texte de l'Essai sur le récit au détriment de la matérialité du livre ; d'où le choix de ne pas reproduire les pages du livre en fac-similé et de partager le texte en chapitres et non pas en pages individuelles. L'édition fournit deux vues alternatives du texte, que le lecteur est libre de choisir à l'aide de la barre en bas de chaque page : une transcription linéaire du texte de l'édition originale, et un texte de lecture modernisé. La transcription linéaire maintient à un grand degré le texte de l'original, coquilles comprises, et supprime uniquement quelques éléments liés à la mise en page et à l'usage des espaces. Le texte de lecture comporte, par rapport à la transcription linéaire, un degré de normalisation, de régularisation et de modernisation nettement plus élevé. Toutes les modifications par rapport à la transcription linéaire sont signalées, le terme en question apparaissant sur fond colorié : bleu clair pour les simples modernisations, bleu plus vif pour les corrections de coquilles." The Online Froissart offers access to the manuscript tradition of the first three Books of Froissart’s Chronicles. It delivers complete or partial transcriptions of all 112 surviving manuscripts containing these Books, a new translation into modern English providing readers with an accessible way of exploring chapters selected from the first three Books, several complete high-resolution reproductions of illuminated manuscript copies, and a range of secondary materials (codicological descriptions, name index, historical commentaries, textual commentaries, scholarly essays, glossary and commentaries on the illustrations).
The Online Froissart also provides a number of advanced tools to unlock the riches of the resource. These include a collation tool allowing word-by-word comparisons, a search engine for simple and complex queries, a transcription viewing mode allowing users to go straight to entries in the online Dictionnaire du Moyen Français, and a dedicated manuscript viewer for manipulating the electronic facsimiles.

Caroline Szylowicz, Urbana (IL), 1994-2006. Gegenstand sind die Forschungsunterlagen von Philip Kolb, die dieser bei der Forschung zur Korrespondenz Prousts angesammelt hatte. Dazu gehören auch zahlreiche Originalbriefe Prousts. Das Material ist nur über eine Suchmaske zugänglich.

Älteres, wohl seit 2000 nicht mehr fortgeführtes Projekt zur Edition eines Korpus von 99 Briefen. Die Texte sind in TEI-SGML codiert. Aus diesen sehr tief ausgezeichneten Daten ("lexical tagging, semantic tagging and analytical tagging") sind eine ganze Reihe von traditionellen (Namen, Orte, Glossar), dann aber auch zusätzlich 28 (!) "analytischen" Registern generiert worden. Abbildungen stehen nicht zur Verfügung.

"Les Chroniques latines présentent un corpus de textes latins consacrés à l'histoire des origines du Mont Saint-Michel en Normandie autour de deux textes majeurs, qui se trouvent dans les manuscrits montois déposés à la bibliothèque municipale d'Avranches.
La Revelatio ecclesiae sancti Michaelis archangeli in Monte Tumba raconte la fondation du premier sanctuaire du Mont par l'évêque Aubert, vers le début du VIIIe siècle ; Le De miraculis in Monte sancti Michaelis patratis regroupe trois récits. L'Introductio monachorum rapporte comment le duc Richard Ier établit des moines bénédictins sur le Mont vers 965-966. Le De translatione et miraculis beati Autberti raconte comment on redécouvrit les ossements et le crâne d'Aubert. Les Miracula sancti Michaelis présentent les prodiges attribués à l'archange des origines jusqu'en 1050. Le Liber de apparitione du Mont Gargan et le De scuto et gladio de Baudri de Dol contribuent à une étude critique de ces textes fondateurs.

"Le Roman du Mont Saint-Michel est l’adaptation poétique, rédigée en français du XIIe siècle, des chroniques latines de la fondation et des premiers temps du sanctuaire montois. Son auteur, Guillaume de Saint-Pair, est un jeune moine de l’abbaye qui utilise ce récit des origines pour défendre avec ardeur l’indépendance de sa communauté face au pouvoir du duc de Normandie et roi d’Angleterre Henri II Plantagenêt. Poète et conteur de qualité, il écrit dans une langue limpide, émaillée de dialectalismes normands.
Le site dédié au Roman du Mont Saint-Michel veut être fidèle, avec les outils technologiques d’aujourd’hui, aux intentions mêmes de Guillaume de Saint Pair, qui cherchait à rendre accessible, en la traduisant en vers français, l’histoire de son abbaye rédigée en latin. Il a donc été conçu comme une invitation à la découverte de l’œuvre médiévale en fournissant au lecteur des outils précieux repris à l’édition critique de C. Guy de Pernon, 2003-2005. Text (Bücher I-III) nach der Ausgabe von 1595 mit moderner französischer Übersetzung, Kommentar und "Glossaire des noms" (eine Art erweitertes Personenregister). Die Edition ist als Web-Fassung und als "DigiLivre" verfügbar. Das letztere ist ein ausführbares Programm, das aus dem Netz zu laden ist. Es bietet eine synoptische Fassung von insgesamt vier verschiedenen Ausgaben des Werkes.

Claude Bourqui, Alexandre Gefen u.a, Université de Neuchâtel, 2002-2006. Hybridedition auf der Basis von TEI. Eine Druckausgabe (die sich selbst im Untertitel "Extraits" nennt) ist hier ein spin-off zur digitalen Fassung, die verschiedene Zugangswege, Erschließungsinformationen ("Encyclopédie critique") und Kontextmaterialien bietet.

The letters can be visualized as reading text, diplomatic transcription, or XML source view, and facsimiles are offered where available. Most of these 1500 letters are in Dutch (180 are in French), and all of them deal with the Flemish literary journal 'Van Nu en Straks' (1893-1901).
