Hilde Domin Programme

Students and doctoral candidates from across the globe, who are at risk of being formally or de facto denied educational or other rights in their country of origin can be nominated by the International Office of the University of Cologne for the Hilde Domin Programme which is a scholarship offered by the DAAD.
