Advanced Organic Chemistry

Reaction Mechanisms & Pericyclic Reactions -
Basic Principles & Synthetic Applications

Dear Participants in OC-A, Advanced Organic Chemistry,

in Summer Semester 2020, due to the special circumstances,
OC-A  will be given as a virtual lecture series, starting
on April 20th.

The first part of OC-A, mechanisms and  pericyclic reactions,
will be delivered by Bernd Goldfuss, the second part, on
natural products, heterocyclic chemistry and advanced syntheses,
will be given by Dirk Blunk.

The content of the lecture will be made available also in ILIAS
with the link

The content will be filled constantly throughout the semester.

PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE IN ILIAS, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT REGISTRATION THERE.
ALSO REGULAR INFORMATIONS OF THE LECTURERS WILL BE SPREAD TO THE
REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS IN ILIAS.

The OC-A-ILIAS portal will be opened on Wednesday, April 8th.

IMPORTANT:
The registration in ILIAS is independent from your registration
in KLIPS2.
For participating the exams and for credit point assignment the
registration in Klips2 is indispensable.
Those, who have problems in registering for this course in Klips2
should please contact the examination office (Dr. H. Henneken,
e-mail: heike.henneken@uni-koeln.de ) and ask to be registered.

Please feel free to contact us, the lecturers, for questions
concerning the OC-A lecture or also on issues of organization
or if something is technically not working as expected.
