I have retired since September 2010


During my activity at the Regional Computing Centre of the University of Cologne I had been first assistent and later chief of the department standard applications. My main working areas had been:

• web appearance of the RRZK
• interactive university map and the database of the university institutions and buildings
• publications of the RRZK
• statistics and related software (R, SAS, SPSS, S-Plus) including consultation and courses

Since my retirement I attend again more to statistics and publish at this address introductory and advanced texts to statistical methods including applications with R and SPSS (-> Statistics).
